WaterTaps was founded in 2020 by The Haus, Groningen. They saw the growth of the plastic soup in the oceans. More and more consumers bought a plastic bottle instead of a handy reusable water bottle. To create more awareness and to prevent excessive use of plastic, The Haus has developed the app WaterTaps. By mapping in an easy and accessible way where you can fill your bottle, we naturally hope to turn plastic use to an active movement for a better environment.
